Privacy Policy

Last updated · May 8, 2026

This policy explains what data ServeLLM collects when you use our region-localized inference API, how we use it, and the controls you have. Your prompts are not used to train models.

  1. 01

    Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how ServeLLM ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you access our website, dashboard, APIs, SDKs, and related services (the "Service"). It applies whether you use ServeLLM as an individual developer or on behalf of an organization.

By using the Service you confirm that you have read this policy and understand how your information is handled.

  2. 02

    Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, organization, and authentication credentials you provide when creating an account or generating API keys.

Billing information: payment method details, billing address, and tax identifiers, processed through our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

API content: the prompts, messages, and other inputs you send to the inference API ("Customer Content"), and the model outputs returned in response.

Technical and usage data: IP address, user agent, request timestamps, token counts, model and region selected, error codes, and similar operational signals.

  3. 03

    How We Use Information

To operate, secure, and maintain the Service — including authenticating requests, routing traffic to the appropriate region, enforcing rate limits, and detecting abuse.

To meter usage and bill you in the currency and on the plan you have selected.

To debug, monitor performance, and improve the reliability of our infrastructure.

To communicate with you about your account, service changes, security notices, and — only with your consent — product announcements.

  4. 04

    Region-Local Processing

A core promise of ServeLLM is region-localized inference. Where a region you have selected is available, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the processing of your Customer Content within infrastructure located in that region.

Operational metadata (such as logs, billing records, and abuse signals) may be processed in a centralized location for the purpose of running the Service as a whole.

  5. 05

    Customer Content and Model Training

We do not use your Customer Content to train, fine-tune, or improve any of the underlying models served through the API.

We may retain Customer Content briefly to deliver responses, enforce abuse policies, and respond to support requests. Retention periods are described below.

  6. 06

    Sharing and Disclosure

We share information with vetted subprocessors who help us run the Service — for example, cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, email delivery vendors, and error-tracking tools. Each is bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ServeLLM, our users, or others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share Customer Content with third parties for their own marketing or model-training purposes.

  7. 07

    Data Retention

Account and billing records are retained for the duration of your use of the Service and for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

Customer Content is retained only for the period necessary to deliver responses, support debugging, and enforce abuse policies — typically no longer than 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or specifically agreed in writing.

Operational logs are retained for a limited window appropriate to security monitoring and capacity planning.

  8. 08

    Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information — including encryption in transit, access controls, network segmentation, and routine security review.

No system is perfectly secure. If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability, please contact security@servellm.com so we can investigate and remediate.

  9. 09

    Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

You can exercise many of these rights directly from your dashboard. For requests we cannot complete through the dashboard, contact privacy@servellm.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

  10. 10

    Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and dashboard use a small number of cookies and similar storage mechanisms to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure anonymized usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

  11. 11

    International Transfers

Where Customer Content is processed in your selected region, it remains in that region for inference. Other information may be processed in jurisdictions where ServeLLM or its subprocessors operate, subject to appropriate legal safeguards.

  12. 12

    Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

  13. 13

    Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the dashboard or by email.
